Rogelio Higa
Lawyer graduated from Universidad de San Martin de Porres, with a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the Escuela de Negocios SFX.
He has extensive knowledge in mayor corporate legal issues, such as establishment of corporations and branches, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, shareholders agreements, corporate compliance, as well as in drafting and negotiating civil and commercial contracts.
Likewise, he provides specialized advice in asset protection, wealth management, intellectual property, insolvency, administrative and judicial procedures.
