María Angela Vásquez
Lawyer graduated from the Catholic University of Santa María, with a Master's Degree in Business Law from the Graduate School of the Catholic University of Santa María and studies in Corporate Law from ESAN University.
She has extensive knowledge in mayor labor issues, such as hiring, collective bargaining, cessations, labor intermediation and outsourcing, inspection procedures, occupational health and safety and in hiring foreign workers and obtaining their work permits.
Likewise, she provides advice in the development of commercial contracts, corporate acquisitions (M&A) legal and labor Due Diligence processes, as well as in the elaboration and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts.
