We offer counseling in labor planning in aspects of hiring and optimization of the payroll and its implementation, both for national and foreign workers, applying labor standards and main jurisprudence regarding the treatment and payment of social benefits, Occupational Health and Safety, equal pay, prevention of sexual and labor harassment, among other aspects.

Intellectual Property, Consumer Protection and Antitrust Law
We assist on the register and renewal, opposition and other infringement actions on trademarks, names and commercial slogans, as well as author’s rights defense in administrative proceedings before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).
