optimization of the payroll and its implementation, both for national
and foreign workers, applying labor standards and main jurisprudence
regarding the treatment and payment of social benefits, Occupational
Health and Safety, equal pay, prevention of sexual and labor
harassment, among other aspects.
We advise on the design and implementation of compensation plans,
outsourcing of activities (outsourcing and labor intermediation), union
issues and collective bargaining.
We are also in charge of determining the level of compliance with the
company's labor obligations, in order to determine potential
contingencies and establish preventive policies before eventual
inspections by the Labor Authority (SUNAFIL).
